PARKING SYSTEMS

Parking systems, installed and maintained by one contractor.

Supply, installation, and maintenance of parking management, access-control, and parking-guidance systems for malls, airports, hospitals, universities, and mixed-use developments in Jordan and Iraq. Delivered turnkey by Prime Generations, with system design and technology sourcing through our partner Linkology of Casablanca, a specialist integrator whose installations include Morocco's largest mall and its main airports.

Why it matters

A parking facility is judged at the gate.

Queues at the entrance, a barrier that fails on a holiday weekend, a pay station that rejects cards: these are the moments visitors remember. A parking system is also a revenue system. Every lost ticket, unread plate, or unpaid exit is money the operator does not collect. We treat parking equipment the way we treat any building system. It is specified against the operator's requirements, installed by a licensed contractor, commissioned with test records, and maintained under contract.

Scope 01 · Parking management & access control

Entry to exit, under control.

Barriers, entry and exit terminals, pay stations, and license-plate recognition, configured as one system and managed from one platform.

Parking Management Systems

  • Entry and exit terminals: barcode ticket, RFID card, license-plate recognition
  • Automatic barriers with illuminated booms and loop or radar vehicle detection
  • Automatic pay stations (cash, bank card, contactless) and manual cashier stations
  • License-plate recognition (LPR) cameras with integrated OCR
  • Lane and pay-station intercom linked to a control room or remote operator
  • Central management software: tariffs, subscribers, validations, reporting

Scope 02 · Parking guidance

Every driver to a free bay, first time.

Bay-level sensors and LED displays that show where the free spaces are, level by level and aisle by aisle.

Parking Guidance Systems

  • Ultrasonic or camera-based bay sensors with RGB LED indicators
  • Aisle, zone, and level count displays with directional arrows
  • Entrance signs showing FREE / FULL and live space counts
  • Find-my-car and occupancy reporting for operators
  • Indoor and outdoor configurations
  • Integration with the parking management platform
Scope 03 · Digital ticketing, payment & software

Fewer queues, fewer paper tickets, full visibility.

QR-code and virtual-badge access, mobile payment, and self-service kiosks that shorten exit queues and give the operator real-time data.

Ticketless & Digital Solutions

  • QR-code and mobile ticketing; virtual badges for subscribers
  • Mobile payment of parking fees from the driver's phone
  • Self-service kiosks for registration, top-up, and payment
  • Plate-linked ticket control to prevent ticket swapping and fraud
  • Operator dashboards: occupancy, revenue, incidents, maintenance tickets
  • Integration with reservation platforms and third-party systems
Scope 04 · Parking deck coatings & line marking

Decks that stay safe, legible, and clean.

Traffic-deck coatings, anti-slip ramps, bay lines, numbering, and color-coded wayfinding for new and existing parking structures. The coating system is selected with the client for the durability and service life the facility needs.

Deck Coatings & Marking

  • Surface preparation and repair of concrete decks
  • Traffic-deck coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, or polyaspartic) matched to traffic load and required service life
  • Anti-slip finishes on ramps and pedestrian routes
  • Bay lines, directional arrows, numbering, and accessible-bay marking
  • Level and zone color coding tied to the guidance system
  • Phased execution in operating facilities
How we deliver

One contract. Two specialists.

Prime Generations is the contracting party. We survey the facility, carry out the civil and electrical works, install the equipment, and maintain it under a service agreement. Linkology, our technology partner in Casablanca, supports system design, equipment selection and sourcing from its manufacturer partners, software configuration, and commissioning. The client deals with one licensed Jordanian contractor and gets a system designed by a team that has equipped airports, malls, hospitals, and universities since 2014.

FAQ

Parking systems, answered.

Which equipment do you install?

We specify equipment by function and performance: entry and exit terminals, barriers, automatic pay stations, license-plate recognition cameras, intercom, guidance sensors, and displays, from established international manufacturers with service support in the region. The equipment schedule is confirmed in the proposal, together with the warranty and spare-parts terms.

Do you only install, or do you also maintain the system?

Both. We offer preventive maintenance visits, corrective response, spare parts, and remote support under a service agreement, so the operator has one contractor responsible for the system after handover.

Can you upgrade an existing parking system instead of replacing it?

Yes. Pay stations, license-plate recognition, intercom, and guidance can be added to a facility while serviceable barriers and civil works are kept. We survey the existing installation first and propose the most economical path.

How long does an installation take?

It depends on the number of lanes and bays and on whether the facility stays open during the works. We provide a schedule with every proposal and phase the works so that the parking keeps operating.

Can you supply parking guidance only, without a new management system?

Yes. Guidance sensors and displays can be installed in any facility. Integration with an existing management platform depends on that platform, which we confirm during the survey.

Have a parking facility to equip or upgrade?

Send drawings, lane and bay counts, and the operating model. We will respond with a scoped proposal and a clear price structure.
